HOW IT HAPPENED:

• Roger Williams rattled off three goals in the opening period to race ahead 3-0.
• The Hawks added a score in the second quarter to extend their lead to 4-0 at the half.
• The home side tacked on a pair of tallies in the third frame to widen the gap to 6-0.
• Roger Williams chalked up two goals in the fourth period to lock up its 10th victory of the year.

INSIDE THE BOX SCORE:

• Rachel Korwan (Westford, Mass.) chipped in with her first defensive save of the season.
• Allyson Stauffer (Lancaster, Pa.) recorded a season-high 22saves between the pipes.
• Roger Williams outshot Gordon 43-0 on the afternoon.
