WENHAM, Mass.- The Gordon College field hockey team suffered a 4-0 setback to Rivier Friday afternoon at the Brigham Athletic Complex.

HOW IT HAPPENED:
- The two sides battled to a scoreless first half.
- Rivier broke the deadlock just one minute into the third frame on a goal by Reilly Swisslosky before doubling its lead to 2-0 later in the quarter.
- The Raiders tacked on a pair of goals in the fourth period to claim their third win of the year, snapping a six-game skid.
INSIDE THE BOX SCORE:
- Kaitlyn Carlsen (Bel Air, Md.) and Abbie Reynolds (Saint Albans, Maine) each registered one shot.
- Between the pipes, Allyson Stauffer (Lancaster, Pa.) finished with a season-high 22 saves in her 16th start.
- Gordon concluded the contest with two shots while Rivier recorded 16 attempts.
