CHICOPEE, Mass.- Junior Sarah Bourk (Barrington, R.I.) converted a penalty stroke in overtime to propel the Gordon College field hockey team to a 2-1 victory at Elms Wednesday night.

HOW IT HAPPENED:

• Gordon netted the game's first goal with less than four minutes remaining in regulation to snag a 1-0 lead. Kaitlyn Carlsen (Bel Air, Md.) buried her second marker of the year with a shot from the top of the arc.
• Elms tied the contest at 1-1 with less than three minutes left to play in the fourth quarter.
• The Fighting Scots clinch their second win of the season as Sarah Bourk (Barrington, R.I.) scored a penalty stroke 1:58 into the overtime period to tally her second goal of the year.

INSIDE THE BOX SCORE:

• Sarah Bourk (Barrington, R.I.) fired a team-high four shots while LilyAnna Hopkins (Stillwater, N.Y.) added a pair of attempts.
• MJ Larocchia (Pawling, N.Y.) made her first collegiate appearance in goal for Gordon.
