Women’s Cross Country Places 18th at NCAA East Regional Championships

HOPKINTON, N.H.- The Gordon College women's cross country team collected an 18th-place finish at the NCAA East Regional Championships held at the Hopkinton Fairgrounds Saturday.
 
Caroline Roberts (Wakefield, Mass.) led the Fighting Scots with a time of 23:49.1 to claim a 68th-place finish.
 
Kaylee Bettez (Gardner, Mass.) and Julie Anderson (East Haddam, Conn.) both finished in the top-100.

Tufts captured the team title while MIT's Kate Sanderson claimed the individual crown. A total of 214 runners representing 30 teams competed at Saturday's meet.
