BEVERLY, Mass.- Junior Ruby Furbish (Plymouth, N.H.) of the Gordon College women's cross country team has been named to the Conference of New England (CNE) Community Service Team for the second year in a row, as the league office announced its post-championship awards Thursday.

Furbish posted a time of 28:46.3 at the CNE Championships meet November 1.

The CNE Community Service Team highlights one student-athlete per institution who demonstrates a commitment to their community. Each winner was picked and nominated by each program's head coach.
