WENHAM, Mass.- The Gordon College women's soccer team placed six student-athletes on the College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District Team, announced the organization Tuesday.

Ava Forbes-Smith (Bridgewater, Mass.) and Eowyn Lapp (Saratoga Springs, N.Y.) both collected their second-straight CSC Academic All-District nods. Liana Hanley (San Diego, Calif.), Samantha Kenney (Mangilao, Guam), Francie Leffler (Cerritos, Calif.), and Rachel Mincone (East Northport, N.Y.) were also named to the CSC Academic All-District Team.

The Academic All-District program recognizes the nation's top student-athletes from NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III, and NAIA for their combined performances on the field and in the classroom.

Forbes-Smith was one of just two Fighting Scots to start all 18 matches this fall while ranking second on the squad with 19 points, scoring six goals and dishing out seven assists. She was also selected to the All-Conference of New England first team.

Hanley appeared in all 18 contests and notched a pair of assists.

Kenney saw action in 17 matches this fall and made three starts, contributing to the Fighting Scots' defensive efforts.

Lapp played in all 18 matches and started 15 games this season while leading the team with 31 points, tallying 14 goals to go with three assists. She also earned All-Conference of New England first team accolades.

Leffler started all 18 matches and recorded three assists while playing a key role in Gordon's defensive unit.

Mincone appeared in all 18 matches and started 17 games while netting one goal.

The Fighting Scots wrapped up the 2025 season with a 4-10-4 overall record and a 2-6-1 mark in league play.
