NEWTON, Mass.- The Gordon College women's basketball team endured an 86-67 loss at Lasell Saturday afternoon.

HOW IT HAPPENED:
- Lasell constructed a 22-12 lead through one quarter of play.
- The Lasers outscored the Fighting Scots 26-15 in the second period to push their advantage to 48-27 at the half.
- The home side edged the visitors 20-19 in third-quarter scoring to extend the margin to 68-46.
- Gordon owned a 21-18 advantage in fourth-quarter points as Lasell secured its ninth win of the year.
INSIDE THE BOX SCORE:
- Leah McGarvey (Harrisburg, Pa.) scored 15 points to go with five rebounds.
- Woynitu Ciccarello (East Haddam, Conn.) also netted 15 points in the contest.
- Cassidy Dillon (Londonderry, N.H.) tallied eight points off the bench and Abby Chewning (Beverly, Mass.) added seven points.
- Gordon shot 32.9% from the floor and 26.9% from three-point range.
- Lasell finished with a field-goal percentage of 48.6% and drained 9-of-18 from beyond the arc.
- Blaize Mack paced the Lasers with 19 points while Abigail Duclos registered 16 points. Laura Johnson notched a double-double with 10 points and 24 rebounds.
