CNE RELEASE

After Gordon College Men's Track & Field placed third at the Conference of New England (CNE) this past weekend, Daniel Chewning earned the Track Athlete of the Year award while William Hughes secured the Field Rookie of the Year honor. Additionally, Will Johnson was named to the CNE Community Service Team. 

This marks the first time in program history since men's track & field was recognized as a conference sport in 2022 where the Fighting Scots have had an athlete or rookie of the year.

On Saturday, Chewning was recognized as the CNE Most Outstanding Men's Track Performer and Hughes scooped up the CNE Most Outstanding Rookie award.
