How It Happened
- Just under ten seconds into the game, Wright ripped a shot into the back of the Colonels' net (1-0). Wright scored again off a pass from Nicolas Flemmi to extend the lead to 2-0. Curry snuck in a goal right before the quarter ended (2-1).
- Curry then scored the first two goals of the second to take the lead 3-2. However back-to-back goals from Lake and Arthur quickly regained the lead for the Scots (4-3). Cullen Davey assisted Arthur on another goal to make it 5-3. The Colonels scored a lucky right before half making it 5-4.
- Like the first half, Wright spent little time finding a way past the Colonels goalie and made the game 6-4. The Colonels responded with a few goals of their own to regain the lead, 8-6.
- Curry added on a pair of goals in the fourth to seal a 10-6 win over the Scots.
