NORTHAMPTON, Mass.- The Gordon College field hockey team suffered a 3-0 setback to Maine-Farmington Saturday in the consolation game of the Carly Newhof Classic hosted by Smith College.

HOW IT HAPPENED:
- Maine-Farmington chalked up a pair of goals in the first quarter to jump ahead 2-0.
- The Beavers tacked on a goal in the second period to extend their lead to 3-0.
INSIDE THE BOX SCORE:
- Sarah Bourk (Barrington, R.I.) fired three shots in the contest, including Gordon's only two shots on goal.
- Goalkeeper Allyson Stauffer (Lancaster, Pa.) posted 19 saves on the afternoon.
- Gordon produced four shots in the game while Maine-Farmington manufactured 29 attempts.
