BEVERLY, Mass.- Junior Eowyn Lapp (Saratoga Springs, N.Y.) of the Gordon College women's soccer team has been named the Conference of New England (CNE) Player of the Week, announced the league office Monday.

Lapp netted four goals in a 1-1-0 week for the Fighting Scots. She scored a hat trick in Gordon's 4-0 victory over Salem State and collected one goal in a 3-2 loss to Johnson & Wales.

This season, Lapp leads the league with eight goals while also adding one assist.

Gordon owns a 3-6-0 overall record with a 1-1-0 mark in conference play. The Fighting Scots return to the pitch October 1 as they visit Bridgewater State for the final non-conference contest of the regular season.
