WENHAM, Mass.- The Gordon College men's basketball team collected an 82-68 victory over Curry Saturday afternoon at the Bennett Center.

HOW IT HAPPENED:
- Gordon claimed a double-digit lead with 3:06 left in the opening half on a basket by Ryan Brooks (Dudley, Mass.), 32-21.
- The Fighting Scots owned a 35-27 advantage at the halftime break.
- Curry trimmed the gap to 40-39 less than five minutes into the second stanza.
- The home side strung together nine-unanswered points to extend the margin to 49-39 with 13:38 remaining.
- Gordon maintained a double-figure lead throughout the remainder of the contest to earn a 14-point win.
INSIDE THE BOX SCORE:
- Alex Daniel (Nolensville, Tenn.) tallied a game-high 18 points.
- Isaac Jarvis (Concord, N.H.) registered a double-double with 15 points and 11 rebounds.
- Ryan Brooks (Dudley, Mass.) also posted a double-double, scoring 13 points and grabbing 11 boards.
- Chiko Kalu (Queens, N.Y.) chalked up 10 points off the bench.
- Gordon finished with a field-goal percentage of 43.5% while knocking down 7-of-16 from three-point distance.
- Curry shot 40.6% from the floor and 23.5% from beyond the arc on the day.
- Tommy Mallinson paced the Colonels with 15 points while Manny Hidalgo and Isaiah Andino each added 12 points.
