MILTON, Mass.- The Gordon College women's lacrosse team dropped a 23-14 decision at Curry Wednesday evening.
THE BASICS:

Records: Fighting Scots (0-11, 0-7 CNE) | Colonels (4-8, 1-5 CNE)
HOW IT HAPPENED:
- Curry outscored Gordon 8-3 in the first quarter before both teams netted four goals each in the second frame.
- The Colonels netted seven goals in the third while the Fighting Scots tallied three goals.
- Both squads chalked up four goals in the fourth quarter as Curry captured its first league win of the year.
INSIDE THE BOX SCORE:
- Hannah Bilowz (Woburn, Mass.) paced the visitors with 11 draw controls, five goals, one assist, and three ground balls.
- Jocelyn Noyes (Byfield, Mass.) netted a season-high five goals.
- Hannah Rose (Andover, Mass.) tallied a pair of goals to go with two assists.
- Marializ Lopez (Valley Stream, N.Y.) chipped in with two goals on the night.
- Between the pipes, Laureen Leggett (Peabody, Mass.) and Kayla Davidson (Dracut, Mass.) each played 30 minutes. Leggett recorded six saves and Davidson finished with seven saves.
- Gordon concluded the contest with a season-high 30 shot attempts while Curry posted 48 shots.
