MILTON, Mass.- The Gordon College volleyball team rolled to a 3-0 victory at Curry Wednesday evening in the first Conference of New England match of the season.

HOW IT HAPPENED:

• Gordon captured the opening frame 25-16 to claim a 1-0 lead.
• The Fighting Scots cruised to a 25-14 win in the second stanza to push their advantage to 2-0.
• The visitors clinched their sixth sweep in a row with a 25-16 decision in the third set.

 
INSIDE THE BOX SCORE:

• Haley Hutzler (Long Island, N.Y.) posted eight kills and 15 digs.
• Teagan Brideweser (Warwick, N.Y.) tallied seven kills on the night.
• Vivian Castano (Yarmouth Port, Mass.) finished with 20 assists and seven digs.
• Amanda Pierce (Johnston, R.I.) also collected a match-high 15 digs.
