KEENE, N.H.- The Gordon College women's soccer team suffered a 6-0 setback to Rochester Saturday at the Keene State Invitational. The Yellow Jackets began the season ranked No. 19 in the United Soccer Coaches Preseason Poll.

HOW IT HAPPENED:
- Rochester bagged an early goal, finding the back of the net in the first minute to grab a 1-0 edge.
- The Yellow Jackets tacked on a score in the 12th minute to double their advantage to 2-0.
- Rochester added a strike in the 23rd minute as Eileen Harvey converted a penalty kick to extend the margin to 3-0.
- The Yellow Jackets netted goals in the 31st and 34th minute to push their lead to 5-0 at the half.
- Rochester picked up its sixth goal of the game in the 84th minute to seal a 6-0 victory.
INSIDE THE BOX SCORE:
- Eowyn Lapp (Saratoga Springs, N.Y.) led Gordon with nine shots while Madi Joyce (San Diego, Calif.) chipped in with one shot attempt.
- Goalkeeper Ivy Daniel (Anthem, Ariz.) finished with 10 saves.
- The Fighting Scots concluded the match with 10 shots while the Yellow Jackets racked up 26 attempts.
