LOS ANGELES, Calif.- The Gordon College men's soccer team notched its second-consecutive victory, prevailing 1-0 at Occidental Sunday to wrap up its west coast trip.

HOW IT HAPPENED:
- The Fighting Scots bagged the match's lone goal in the 35th minute. Nick Vavala (Newtown Square, Pa.) buried his first marker of the season as Andrew Diller (Upland, Ind.) provided the assist.
INSIDE THE BOX SCORE:
- Samuel Masenheimer (Allentown, Pa.) and Nick Vavala (Newtown Square, Pa.) each recorded a pair of shots in the game.
- Riley Calemmo (Pocono Mountain, Pa.) tallied six saves to register his second-straight clean sheet.
- Gordon concluded the contest with nine shot attempts while Occidental finished with 15 shots.
