Andy Theriault began his tenure as the Gordon College Assistant Baseball Coach in August of 2022 as announced by head coach Tad Skelley.
Theriault joined the college coaching ranks in 2018 where he was the assistant coach for the Plymouth State University Panthers Baseball program for three seasons. At Plymouth, Theriault assisted in the development and management of the pitching staff and aided in the recruiting process.
During the fall of 2021, Theriault traveled further north and assumed the assistant baseball coaching role at Saint Joseph's College (Maine). With the Monks, Theriault expanded his coaching expertise as he worked with the hitters and catchers, continued recruiting, created scouting reports as well as manning his post in the first base coaching box.
Prior to coaching at the NCAA Division III level, Theriault was on the coaching staff for the Boston Rox, which is a collegiate summer baseball team based out of Brockton, Massachusetts beginning in 2017. From 2017-2018, Theriault was the assistant coach before being promoted to the head coach for hte 2019-2020 season.
