Shannon Hicks joined the Gordon Field Hockey staff in the summer of 2017 following a successful 71-game career in net for the Fighting Scots.
Over the course of her time in the blue and white, she recorded 453 saves and 11 shutouts to go with a .781 save percentage. She also earned a spot on the 2016 All-Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) Second Team after finishing second in all major goalkeeping categories in the CCC. Hicks' 2.16 goals-against-average trailed only the CCC Defensive Player of the Year, Holly Smith, as did her .783 save percentage despite seeing more shots than her counterpart.
