Gordon Women's Soccer junior midfielder Hannah Midwinter (Barkhamsted, Conn.) has been selected as Gordon's Athlete of the Week after being named to the Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) Second Team last week.

Midwinter played a critical role in the Scots' midfield on Saturday, dishing one assist and heading home the overtime game-winner off a corner in the 92^nd minute to lift Gordon to a 2-1 CCC quarterfinal win over visiting Eastern Nazarene.

The junior standout has recorded 20 points off eight goals and four assists this season and leads the team in game-winning goals with five.
