Junior Maggie Risma (Hudson, Ohio) has been named Commonwealth Coast Conference Libero of the Week by the CCC and Commissioner Gregg Kaye on Tuesday afternoon.
 
Gordon’s defensive standout averaged 5.67 blocks per set including three performances of 20 or more digs is a 2-3 opening week for the Fighting Scots.  Risma’s top performance was a 30-dig showing in a 3-1 loss to Skidmore, her eighth career performance of 30 or more digs.  She added 25 digs in a 3-1 win over Houghton, 21 digs in a 3-1 loss to Penn State-Behrend, 15 digs in a 3-0 sweep of Suffolk and 11 digs in a 3-0 setback to Ithaca.
 
The Fighting Scots are back in action on Tuesday with a home match against MIT.
