  • Co-captained women’s soccer team to a Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) championship title in her senior year
  • Named the CCC Player of the Year and an All-CCC First Team selection her final season
  • Selected to the All-New England Second Team and the New England Women's Intercollegiate Soccer Association (NEWISA) Senior Bowl senior year
  • Helped lead the Scots to a CCC championship title in 1995 and runners-up honors in 1996 
  • Named Gordon's Female Athlete of the Year in 1997
  • Netted 41 goals and dished 22 assists (104 points) over four years,, making her fifth all-time in points in Gordon Women's Soccer history 
  • A pitcher on the softball team, Earle recorded over 160 strikeouts, batted .376, and threw two no-hitters in her impressive career. 
  • She was three times selected to the All-CCC First Team and captained the team her junior and senior seasons.
