WENHAM, Mass. — Gordon hosted Saint Joseph's in non-conference action and allowed 12 penalty corners in its 2-1 loss. The game was tied 1-1 after two overtime periods and Gordon lost the shootout 3-2.

The Fighting Scots (3-8) got on the board quickly as Natalie Adamez received a pass from Emily Allcroft and put it past the keeper in the ninth minute. In the second half, Saint Joseph's dominated possession as they attempted six shots with three being on goal and they held the Fighting Scots to zero shot attempts. Libby Pomerleau tied the game with a goal in the 65th minute to send the game to overtime.

The Monks came out in the first overtime and received two penalty corners in the first three minutes of the period. That set up their only shot by Pomerleau in the 74th minute that went wide of the net. They received another penalty corner in the 82nd minute, but Gordon held them without a shot to send the game to the second overtime period.

The Fighting Scots held Saint Joseph's to one shot attempt in the second overtime that went wide in the 99th minute. Gordon was held without a shot in the period which sent the game to the shootout competition.
