Hosting Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) foe Endicott College Gulls for its final home contest of the regular-season, Gordon College Field Hockey battled through four quarters, but the top-ranked Gulls took home the 2-0 victory to improve to 11-0 in CCC play.

How It Happened

• After a scoreless first quarter, the Gulls' Sydney Poulin (So./Watertown, Mass.) put her team on top just four minutes into the second quarter. The Gulls fired off five shots but Gordon keeper Katelyn Pelletier stopped each one of them to keep the score 1-0 heading into the break.
• The Fighting Scots out-shot the visitors, 4-3 in the third frame but neither team was able to add any more tallies to the scoreboard.
• The Gulls tacked on another goal in the fourth quarter to eventually secure the 2-0 victory.

Beyond The Box Score

• The Scots return to action on Saturday, November 2 as they travel to Biddeford, Maine to square off against the University of New England Nor'easters at 1 p.m.
• Katelyn Pelletier booked a career-high 14 saves.
