How It Happened

- Terry answered with a jumper to regain the one-point lead before the Hawks went on top for the remainder of the half, taking a 44-39 advantage heading into halftime.
- Demers had the hot hand coming out of the locker room as the senior recorded the first nine points of the half for the Scots to take a two-point lead.
- At the 13:28 mark, Terry aggressively grabbed the offensive rebound before tipping it in to put Gordon up by seven.
- Midway through the half, the Hawks capitalized after getting fouled on back-to-back three-point attempts, going 6-6 from the line to cut the lead to two.
- RWU came within a point, but the Scots did not relinquish the lead down the stretch as Gordon took the eventual four-point victory.
