How It Happened
- ECSU got on the board first but Gordon's Miller tied it up three minutes later for his third tally of the young season. - Hyrzan put the Scots on top early in the second frame, but the Warriors caught fire scoring three goals within a two minute span to lead, 5-3.
- Scots' keeper Jay Gallipo made a pair of crucial saves in the last seconds of the quarter to keep the score at 5-3 at the half.
- Four different Warriors found the back of the net in the third to stretch their lead to 9-3 heading into the final quarter.
- After scooping up a ground ball and racing toward the goal, Arthur won the one v. one matchup with the ECSU keeper for his second score of the game to cut the Warriors' lead to 11-5.
- Each side added one more goal with ECSU seeing the winning end of a 12-6 score.
