Gordon College Men's Soccer hosted the New England College (NEC) Pilgrims tonight at the Brigham Athletic Complex. Ninety minutes, as well as two overtimes, were not enough to settle things, as the teams played to a 1-1 draw.

• Both teams were able to register multiple shots on goal in the first half, however each goalkeeper stood their ground to keep the game scoreless.
• In the 83rd minute of the neck-and-neck clash, NEC's Tucker Stenger took a feed from Panagiotis Galatas to put the visitors up 1-0.
• With regulation time winding down, senior Ryan Modzeleski forced the first overtime by burying his shot to give the Fighting Scots another chance at victory, tying the game at one all. 
• The Scots came out strong and aggressive in both overtimes, ripping three shots at the net in total but were unable to knock one in, ultimately concluding the match with an even 1-1 draw.

• The Fighting Scots return to action on Saturday, October 9 at 7 p.m. for a home contest against the Endicott College Gulls.
