How It Happened
- With the score knotted up at 7-all at the 16 minute mark, the Scots went on a 12-point run (19-7), highlighted by six points from Omslaer and an earth shattering dunk from David Massillon. Despite a Salve layup that put the Seahawks within six points (23-17) with 9:15 remaining in the half, the Fighting Scots fired up the crowd to close out the first, outscoring their opponents 19-4 to hold a very comfortable 44-23 lead at the break.
- Continuing to stay hot coming out of the locker room, Gordon scored 10 straight points, increasing their lead to 31 just three minutes into the second half.
- After Sattazahn hit his fourth three within a two and a half minute span, the Scots nearly had Salve doubled up 70-36 with 12 minutes to go in regulation. The blue and white continued to pour it on through the remainder of the half, never allowing Salve to orchestrate a comeback, eventually taking the 23-point Senior Day Win.
