Gordon College Baseball wrapped up their Florida trip with a single game against the Sage College Gators where the Gators defeated the Fighting Scots, 21-6.

How It Happened

• The Gators put up three runs in the top of the first and then again in the top of the third to take a 6-0 lead. Then, in the bottom of the third, Shane Demers rocketed his third homer of the trip to close the gap to four runs (6-2). However, Sage got those two runs back in the top of the fourth to maintain the four-run lead.
• Gordon brought four across the plate in the bottom of the fourth to come with in just two runs (8-6), but the Gators continued to score, platting nine runs in the fifth before adding four more to take the 21-6 win over the Scots.

• The Scots return to Wenham tonight and will take on the Emerson College Lions on Tuesday, March 15 at 3:15 p.m.
