Gordon College Men's Tennis traveled to Bristol, Rhode Island this afternoon to square up against the Hawks of Roger Williams for their second conference match of the 2022 season where the Fighting Scots fell to their hosts, 9-0. 

In doubles action, Mark Noschese and this week's Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) Player of the Week, Ezekiel Hall, made it a close match on court one but were bested by their counterparts, 8-5. After going 0-3 in doubles, the Scots attempted to come back in singles as John Marineau gave last week's CCC Player of the Week, Dan Tocco, a run for his money in the No. 2 spot where Marineau and Tocco duked it out as the Scot fought for a third set, but it was Tocco who came away with another win, 7-5 (6-1). The Fighting Scots continued to battle their opponents, however it wasn't enough as the Hawks ultimately took the 9-0 win. 

The Scots continue conference play on Wednesday, April 6 when they host the Western New England Golden Bears at 3:30 p.m.
