On the road for their second fall contest this afternoon, Gordon College Men's Tennis traveled out to Worcester to square off against the Clark University Cougars where the home team recorded the 7 - 2 victory over the Fighting Scots.
Gordon's No. 2 doubles duo of
Jeffrey Bodner and
Carleton Riester doubled up their counterparts by a tally of 8 - 4 to put Gordon on the board.Â
Then, in singles action,
Lucas Barnes picked up the lone Scot victory after defeating his opponent in No. 6 singles, 6 - 3, 6 - 4.
The Fighting Scots return home to cap off their fall campaign on Friday, October 13 to host the Springfield College Pride.
