Gordon College Volleyball returned to Kanas Court tonight to host the top-ranked Wentworth Institute Leopards on Kanas Court where the Leopards remained unblemished in conference play and defeated the Fighting Scots, 3 - 0.

How It Happened

• Wentworth raced out to a 10 - 1 lead and never looked back, taking the first set 25 - 15.
• With the visitors holding the 5 - 1 edge early, Gordon began to battle back and make it an 8 - 5 game. However, the Leopards pulled away to go on top 2 - 0 with the 25 - 16 win.
• In the third set, Annie Murphy slammed down a towering kill to put her team ahead, 5 - 4. The blue and white continued to hold the upper hand, 7 - 5, but the Leopards regained momentum to come away with the 3 - 0 sweep.

• Annie Murphy has now recorded double-digit kills in three straight games. 
• The Scots return to action on Saturday, November 4 as they celebrate Senior Day with a 2 p.m. match against the Curry College Colonels.
