Hitting the road one more time before returning home, Gordon College Men's Soccer took the short trip to Salem State to take on the Vikings on Alumni Field where the Fighting Scots and Vikings ended in a 0 - 0 draw.

How It Happened

• The Vikings put early pressure on the Scots' defense, testing keeper Hudson Bennett but the rookie made a trio of saves in the first 45 minutes to keep the game scoreless heading into halftime.
• Coming out of the break, the blue and white rattled off six shots before the home team was able to attack, but Gordon was unable to find the back of the net. The Scots earned six more shot attempts, while keeping Salem off the board, but as the final whistle blew, the scoreboard read 0 - 0.

Beyond The Box Score

• Hudson Bennett has booked two shutouts on the year.
• Gordon has now recorded four draws on the season. 
• The Scots return to 255 Grapevine this weekend to host the Wentworth Leopards on The Quad at 3 p.m. for Gordon College's Homecoming.
