How It Happened
- Gordon and the Amcats went shot for shot, knotting up the scoreboard five times throughout the first 10 minutes of the opening half. Anna Maria secured the slight advantage, but Gordon kept it tight to trail by one at the break (41-40).
- Similar to the first half, both squads traded buckets with neither side able to pull away. The Scots went on top by five midway through the second, but the home team once again shrunk the deficit minutes later. An 8-0 run from the Fighting Scots however, widened the gap to the largest of the game with 4:28 on the clock (74-64). Anna Maria attempted to cut into Gordon's lead, but the closest they could muster up was an eight-point deficit down the stretch as the blue and white came out with the hard fought victory.
