For their final game of the week, Gordon College Women's Lacrosse traveled up to Henniker, New Hampshire for a non-conference battle against the Pilgrims of New England College (NEC). The Fighting Scots came within one goal at half before the Pilgrims pulled away for the 14-8 win.
For the Fighting Scots,
Kaitlyn Mini recorded four goals and one assist,
Jocelyn Noyes added two goals, and
Caroline Piorkowski chipped in one goal.Â

Cassie Kelly had a hat-trick.
How It Happened
- The Pilgrims raced out to a quick 3-0 advantage in the first before the blue and white came roaring back with three straight tallied to lock the score up at 3-3 going into the second frame.
- Mini fired two back-to-back goals to kick off the second quarter, but the home team answered right back to regain the lead (6-5) at the break.
- Gordon once again tied the scoreboard up in the third (6-6) thanks to a Noyes goal, but the Pilgrims continued to roll score and went on to take the non-league win.
