The Gordon College Fighting Scots Volleyball team traveled to Henniker, N.H. to take on New England College(NEC). Annie Murphy and Joey Keltner combined for 24 kills to bring the Fighting Scots to a 3-1 win over the Pilgrims. 
How It Happened 

• Haley Hutzler started the Fighting Scots off strong slamming down two kills. The Scots eventually found themselves down 5-12 but rallied to win the first set 25-22.
• The Scots and Pilgrims were neck and neck in the second set until a surge led by Annie Murphy and Joey Keltner brought the Scots to a 25-19 win to take a commanding 2-0 lead. 
• The Pilgrims found their footing as they won the third set 25-18 to avoid the sweep. 
•  The Scots stopped all Pilgrim momentum in the fourth set. A combination of kills from Annie Murphy, Joey Keltner, and Annie Zimmerman led the way to a 3-1 win over the Pilgrims.

Beyond The Box Score

• Haley Hutzler recorded a game high eight kills.
• The Fighting Scots travel to Newton, Mass. looking for revenge in their second meeting with Lasell this season.
