WENHAM, Mass.- The Gordon College men's basketball team claimed an 87-73 victory over Colby-Sawyer Thursday evening at the Bennett Center as
Alex Daniel (Nolensville, Tenn.),
Isaac Jarvis (Concord, N.H.), and
Sean Quanico (Pacifica, Calif.) paced the home team offensively.

HOW IT HAPPENED:
- Gordon captured a double-figure advantage with 5:42 left to play in the first half on a layup by Isaac Jarvis (Concord, N.H.), 31-20.
- The Fighting Scots sported a 42-27 lead at the midway point of the game.
- The hosts widened the gap to 20 points with 18:31 on the clock in the second stanza as Sean Quanico (Pacifica, Calif.) splashed a trey, 51-31.
- Colby-Sawyer cut the deficit to 57-49 on a basket by Emmanuel Adarkwa with 10:50 remaining.
- Gordon rattled off a 14-2 run to regain a 20-point margin with 6:33 to go in regulation.
- Despite the Chargers owning a 46-45 edge in second-half scoring, the Fighting Scots earned their third win of the season.
INSIDE THE BOX SCORE:
- Isaac Jarvis (Concord, N.H.) registered his first double-double of the year, scoring 22 points and grabbing 14 rebounds.
- Alex Daniel (Nolensville, Tenn.) also tallied a game-high 22 points to go with four assists.
- Sean Quanico (Pacifica, Calif.) netted a season-best 19 points while recording six rebounds and five assists.
- Drew Brander (Chester, N.H.) finished with 12 points and eight assists.
- Willem Le Plastrier (Perth, Australia) chalked up 10 boards while adding four points.
- Gordon posted a field-goal percentage of 52.5% and connected on 7-of-15 from beyond the arc.
- Colby-Sawyer shot 35.4% from the floor and 45% from three-point range on the night.
- Tobey Bellows paced the Chargers with 15 points and Emmanuel Adarkwa notched 14 points off the bench.
