MEET RESULTS

On a beautiful weekend in Cambridge, Gordon College Women's Track and Field competed at MIT's Sean Collier Inviational.

Friday Night

• Rachel Brennan continued to impress every time she steps on the track as the senior secured a new school record in the 5000m run with a time of 16:36.12 to take fourth place overall. 

Saturday

• Carolyn Day ran the 1500m run in just 4:55.49 to claim 12th place and ninth among DIII competitors.
• Alivia Geraghty recorded the second best hammer throw compared to the DIII opponents (fifth overall) with a throw of 49.78m.
• Emily Bengtson placed a tenth of a meter outside the top-10 in the javelin with a throw of 29.92m for 11th.

The Scots host the Conference of New England (CNE) Championship next weekend.
