WENHAM, Mass.- The Gordon College men's soccer team dropped a 2-0 decision to Emerson Tuesday afternoon at the Brigham Athletic Complex.
THE BASICS:

HOW IT HAPPENED:
- Emerson captured a 1-0 edge in the 13th minute. Alex Lucas bagged his first collegiate goal as Dominic Reiter picked up his first assist of the year.
- The Lions tallied a goal in the 19th minute to double their lead to 2-0 as Rohan Edwards collected his first tally of the season.
INSIDE THE BOX SCORE:
- Eight different players registered a shot for the Fighting Scots as Santiago Hernandez (Puebla, Mexico), Cortez Cardone (Villanova, Pa.), Benny Simpson (Evergreen, Colo.), and Sylver Godines (New Braunfels, Texas) all chalked up a shot on frame.
- Goalkeeper Isaiah Diaz (Lynn, Mass.) posted one save between the pipes in his second start. Rookie Landen Lonesky (Somerset, Ky.) recorded one save in the second half.
- Gordon concluded the contest with eight shots while Emerson racked up 16 attempts.
