WENHAM, Mass.- The Gordon College field hockey team endured a 5-0 setback to New England College Wednesday afternoon at the Brigham Athletic Complex.

HOW IT HAPPENED:

• New England College tallied three goals in the first quarter to establish a 3-0 lead.
• The Pilgrims added a pair of scores in the fourth period to wrap up their second-straight victory.

INSIDE THE BOX SCORE:

• Abbie Reynolds (Saint Albans, Maine) recorded the Fighting Scots only shot of the game.
• Between the pipes, Allyson Stauffer (Lancaster, Pa.) finished with six saves in her seventh-consecutive start.
• Gordon managed one shot attempt in the contest while New England College racked up 22 shots.
