WENHAM, Mass.- The Gordon College women's lacrosse team fell to Salem State 15-0 Thursday evening in non-conference action at the Brigham Athletic Complex.

HOW IT HAPPENED:
- Salem State surged out to a 4-0 lead in the first quarter.
- The Vikings scored six goals in the second period to extend the margin to 10-0.
- The guests tacked on three tallies in the third to widen the gap to 13-0.
- Salem State added a pair of goals in the final quarter to coast to its fourth consecutive win.
INSIDE THE BOX SCORE:
- Sophia Tomassoni (Annapolis, Md.) paced the Fighting Scots with five ground balls to go with two draw controls.
- Hannah Rose (Andover, Mass.) posted four ground balls, two draw controls, and a pair of shots.
- Marializ Lopez (Valley Stream, N.Y.) chalked up a team-high three shots and two draw controls.
- In goal, Kayla Davidson (Dracut, Mass.) finished with five saves in her fifth start. Laureen Leggett (Peabody, Mass.) recorded two saves in 30 minutes of action.
- Gordon managed 10 shot attempts in the contest while Salem State fired 29 shots.
