WENHAM, Mass.- The Gordon College women's track and field team posted four record-breaking performances at the Jonathan Tymann Invitational Friday at the Brigham Athletic Complex.
TOP PERFORMANCES:
- Alivia Geraghty claimed a first-place finish in the hammer throw, shattering the school record and posting the top mark in NCAA Division III this season with a toss of 54.66 meters.
- Anissa Lewis won the long jump with a school-record leap of 5.40 meters.
- Josie Hendricks grabbed a first-place finish in the pole vault, breaking her own school record with a jump of 3.35 meters.
- Jenna Lindsay captured first in the 400 meter hurdles with a program-record time of 1:08.00.
- Lizzie Gaskill claimed a pair of first-place finishes, besting the field in the 100-meter dash and 200-meter dash.
- Olivia Thornton earned a first-place finish in the 800 meters with a time of 2:26.56.
- Gordon's 4x400 meter relay team of Jenna Lindsay, Lizzie Gaskill, Maya Drouillard, and Emily Bengtson placed first with a time of 4:11.71.
SENIOR CELEBRATION:
After the conclusion of its only home meet of the regular season, the Gordon track & field program honored its graduating seniors:
Emily Bengtson,
Kaylee Bettez, and
Ruby Furbish.

Gordon will compete at the Jim Sheehan Invitational April 4.
