WENHAM, Mass.- The Gordon College women's lacrosse team endured a 23-1 loss to Hartford Saturday afternoon at the Brigham Athletic Complex.

HOW IT HAPPENED:
- Hartford netted nine goals in the first quarter and outscored Gordon 4-1 in the second frame to boast a 13-1 halftime lead.
- The Hawks added four goals in the third to widen the gap to 17-1.
- The visitors manufactured six goals in the fourth quarter to roll to their second conference win of the spring.
INSIDE THE BOX SCORE:
- Hannah Rose (Andover, Mass.) notched Gordon's lone goal while pacing the squad with three ground balls and two draw controls.
- Jocelyn Noyes (Byfield, Mass.) chipped in with three ground balls.
- In goal, Kayla Davidson (Peabody, Mass.) finished with 13 saves.
- Gordon recorded four shot attempts on the afternoon while Hartford racked up 43 shots.
