BEVERLY, Mass.- The Gordon College baseball team endured a 25-4 setback at Endicott Tuesday afternoon. The Gulls entered the contest ranked No. 24 in the latest D3Baseball.com/NCBWA National Poll.
THE BASICS:

HOW IT HAPPENED:
- Endicott chalked up eight runs in the top of the first inning to surge ahead 8-0.
- Gordon got on the board in the bottom of the second, scoring once to cut the deficit to 8-1.
- The Gulls manufactured six runs in the third to widen the gap to 14-1.
- Endicott tacked on three runs in the fourth inning to extend its lead to 17-1.
- The Fighting Scots grabbed one run in the home half of the fourth to trim the margin to 17-2.
- The Gulls tallied four runs in the fifth inning to push their advantage to 21-2.
- Endicott added two runs in the sixth and seventh before Gordon scored twice in the bottom of the seventh.
INSIDE THE BOX SCORE:
- Adam Gracie (Swansea, Mass.), Aaron Ferreira (Fall River, Mass.), and Gabe Fales (Middleton, Mass.) all posted one hit and one RBI.
- Blake King (Easton, Maine), Carter Shin (Burlington, Ontario), and Tyler Wilson (Lynn, Mass.) each finished with one hit and one run scored.
- Casey Watson (Chester, N.H.), Austin Bush (Flower Mound, Texas), Colby Galipeau (Charlotte, Vt.), and Brayden Seaman (Methuen, Mass.) all saw action on the mound for the Fighting Scots.

Gordon is slated to host Colby-Sawyer April 1 in a non-conference doubleheader.
