BEVERLY, Mass.- The Gordon College women's track & field team garnered four Conference of New England (CNE) weekly honors, announced the league office Monday. The Fighting Scots turned in a stellar performance at the Jonathan Tymann Invitational March 27.
Elizabeth Gaskill was named the CNE Track Athlete of the Week after capturing a pair of first-place finishes, winning the 100-meter dash and 200-meter dash.
Olivia Thornton was tabbed the CNE Track Rookie of the Week after claiming a first-place finish in the 800 meters and a second-place finish in the 1500 meters.
Josie Hendricks collected CNE Field Rookie of the Week accolades after grabbing a first-place finish in the pole vault, breaking her own school record with a jump of 3.35 meters.

Emily Bengtson earned CNE Relay Team of the Week after cruising to a first-place finish in the event to cap off the Jonathan Tymann Invitational.
Up next, Gordon heads to the Jim Sheehan Invitational hosted by Fitchburg State April 4.
