As announced today by the Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC), men's soccer freshman forward Nathan Bilbie (Shrewsbury, Pa.) has been named the CCC Rookie of the Week for his efforts in helping lead the Fighting Scots to a 2-0-0 week.

In the championship game of the Husson Challenge Cup this past weekend, Bilbie notched the game-winner in extra time off a Joshua Cochran (Fr./Bellville, Ohio) assist to lift the Scots over Husson, 2-1, and improve to a perfect 3-0-0 overall on the season.

Prior to this weekend's games, Bilbie recorded a goal and an assist in Gordon's 5-1 season-opening win over Salem State on August 30. He is currently in a three-way tie at the top of the conference for total points on the season.
