Senior captain Hannah Midwinter (Barkhamsted, Conn.) has been named the Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) Women's Soccer Offensive Player of the Week and Gordon's Athlete of the Week after leading the Scots to a pivotal CCC win over the weekend.

Midwinter made her offensive presence known in the Scots' conference matchup with the University of New England on Saturday, booking the go-ahead goal in the 63^rd minute off a Taylor McSherry (Sr./Wolcott, Conn.) pass and dishing the assist on McSherry's insurance goal in the 89^th minute to lift Gordon to the 2-0 victory. With the win the Scots claimed sole possession of first place in the CCC.

Midwinter is leading Gordon's offense with 10 points off four goals and two assists this season.
