Ashton Barkey (Parker, Colo.) is Gordon's Athlete of the Week after helping propel Women's Soccer into the Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) Championship game for the fifth time in six years.

The sophomore was a dominant force in the Scots' midfield all season long and made her presence particularly known with a goal and an assist in Gordon's 2-1 overtime win over top-seeded Endicott in the CCC semifinals on November 1.

She rounded out the 2017 campaign second in points for the Scots with 16 off of five goals and six assists.
