BEVERLY, Mass.- Sophomore Haley Hutzler (Long Island, N.Y.) of the Gordon College women's volleyball team has been named the Conference of the New England (CNE) Player of the Week for the second-straight week, announced the league office Monday.

Hutzler registered her seventh double-double of the season in the Fighting Scots' 3-1 victory over the University of New England. She racked up a team-high 16 kills to go with 21 digs while also adding three aces.

This season, Hutzler leads the team with 3.58 kills-per-set and 3.65 digs-per set. She has also notched 28 aces, 11 blocks, and 12 assists this fall.

Gordon boasts an 11-4 overall record and a 1-0 mark in league competition. The Fighting Scots host Thomas September 30 in a non-league tilt.
