BEVERLY, Mass.- Senior Isabella Rivera (Concord, N.H.) and first-year Emilie Adelmann (Upland, Calif.) of the Gordon College softball team have been named the Conference of New England (CNE) Player of the Week and Rookie of the Week, respectively, announced the league office Monday afternoon.

Rivera racked up 14 base hits, 11 runs scored, four stolen base, and three RBIs in an eight-game stretch. She registered five multi-hit games and collected a base knock in seven contests.

Adelmann posted 12 hits, nine RBIs, and six runs scored on the week. She notched five multi-hit games and recorded a base hit in seven contests. In the pitcher's circle, Adelmann tossed 26.1 innings across three starts and three relief appearances.

Gordon owns a 4-8 overall record and is slated to host Fisher March 21 in the first home series of the spring.
