FULL RESULTS

Gordon College Women's Rowing Varsity Four competed at the New England Rowing Championships in Worcester today. The Fighting Scots earned third in a seven team race. Shortly after the blue and white crossed the finish, the race was canceled due to treacherous water conditions.

How It Happened

• Ivy Davis made her varsity coxswain debut, steering Victoria Maties, Sarah Petrenko, Samantha Hansen, and LilyAnna Hopkins. Gordon fought for the first 500m with MIT and Amherst who were the eventual winners and runners up before they pulled away. Gordon raced down the course in 9:33.006 to finish over 30 seconds ahead of UNH who took fourth. 

Gordon returns to action tomorrow for Women's Sprints.
